Myself and a friend stayed for 3 nights in April 2024. This hotel is in an super location, less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Geneva and main train station (7 minute train journey to the airport). Lovely room, quiet location, comfy bed, clean, friendly staff.. can’t fault would definitely recommend.

Terrible experience. Upon check in late in the evening - toilette was as filthy as in the enclosed photo. As no staff were available at the hotel, I had to go out to town, buy cleaning products and clean it myself. Although hotel promised to reimburse the cost of the cleaning products, that never happened. They also promised compensation by reimbursing one night - that never happed either. Never said sorry or thank you. I reached out to booking.com for help - none was facilitated despite repeated pleas and follow up. I have never been so stressed and unsafe.

It all depends on how much you pay. The hotel itself is a very mediocre 3 stars, but I tried it on a special offer paying around 100 francs per night. That is the maximum it is worth for the small room, mouldy bathroom, embarrassing breakfast. I can see they can charge much more in high season but it is ridiculous!

We visited in November for the first weekend of the Christmas Markets. It is in a great location. The rooms were very clean and the beds were really comfy. The receptionist was very helpful and as we arrived earlier was able to keep our bags safe.

Well priced hotel in a very good location and close to main Geneva station with links to all parts of the city and beyond. Reception were friendly and helpful as were the breakfast staff. Breakfast is limited but sets you up with a croissant, hot drink and some fruit to start your day. Room was what you would expect from a city break hotel. Small but big enough and most importantly clean. Hotel was also quiet inside and out most of the time and if window open just the usual city noises of sirens. There is a lidl very close by which is nice, water, for uk people, is drinkable out of the tap (did not know this until I got here). All in all no complaints and for the price compared to many others I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.
